Pan-Canadian Summit 2020 on K-12 Workshop Well-Being

Are you ready to join the revolution? The Happy Teacher Revolution is a network of teachers that serves as a support system in dealing with the difficulties of balancing an incredibly demanding profession by restoring their own sense of self and happiness. This training session will provide you with the strategies and skills required to create a space where educators can empathize with each other. Using techniques such as ‘empathy interviews,’ participants will learn how to:

• Incorporate empathetic listening into daily communication with colleagues 
• Facilitate discussions where individuals’ feelings are heard and valued
• Champion well-being within their school community and discover ways to develop their own social support network in the workplace.
