School districts have an increasingly important role as drivers of change. So how can school districts put policies in place that promote staff well-being? Drawing from rigorous research from behavioural science, this coaching session will provide one-on-one consultation to school district teams on:

  • How can school and system leaders achieve greater buy-in to create policies that support the well-being of all staff?
  • What drives the decisions and behaviours of key stakeholders when it comes to policy making?
  • How can school and system leaders design and deliver more effective policies based on concrete knowledge of how staff behave and make decisions – rather than solely relying on assumptions of how they should act?
